Summer At Home Workout Plan

Hello DMAVB Family,

I hope everyone is having a good summer, please stay hydrated! Attached you will find your 16 week workout plan. This plan was designed specifically for volleyball athletes and focuses on the muscle groups that you use the most. These workouts are also targeted to help with preventing injury. Let me know if you have any questions.

It is highly encouraged that you complete workouts on your own to help you physically prepare for tryouts and the season. Tryouts will include some elements of physical fitness testing, and yes that means running one mile.

Remember, being a great athlete and preventing injuries requires work on and off the court!
